Virtual Cooking Classes (custom)

Eduardo Vera is one of Oaxaca's acclaimed young chefs and will be taking the reigns as Convivio's head chef once we open our new restaurant in September. This series of cooking classes will allow us to finish our new space and re-employ our staff. Covid19 has had a massive effect on us financially, physically and mentally but we're confident that if we can make it as far as opening day, we'll thrive.

With the custom option, you can purchase the entire class for up to 10 people for the massively discounted price of $6,000mxn. We will conduct the class on your preferred dates at your preferred time. You can have members from across the world join, in different timezones, but all together as a group! Ideal team building exercise for remote businesses or family occasions!

The class will cook an authentic Oaxacan dish from start to finish.

What will be provided for the class:

- Shopping list (ingredients will be easily accessible at most grocers outside of Mexico)
- Instructions and illustrated digital recipe download for future use
- A virtual cooking class with Chef Eduardo. The class will feature multiple high definition camera angles and will be facilitated through Zoom.
- A virtual group dinner with Chef Eduardo and the other cooking attendees where he will school us on the history of Oaxaca cuisine

Each class will have a limit of 10 people, we can increase this number if you wish for our custom classes at an additional cost. We feel this is the optimum number so that everyone gets the attention they require in a class.
